How do i know my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your best fit. We recommend checking the measurements before ordering — and if you’re between sizes, going one size up for a more relaxed feel.

Can I try the clothes on when the courier arrives?
Yes, you can try the pieces on while the courier is still at your door. If you wish to return anything, it must be handed back to the courier immediately — once they leave, returns are no longer accepted.
We do offer exchanges within 14 days, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

When will I receive my order?
We typically process orders within 2–5 business days. After dispatch:
- Cairo & Giza: 2–4 working days
- Other Governorates: 5-7 working days
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your order every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location:
- Cairo & Giza: EGP 80
- Other governorates in Egypt: EGP 100
